GloomSites.com is a free tool provided as-is. You use it at your own discretion. The websites it generates are yours — your content, your hosting, your responsibility. We're not affiliated with F3 Nation HQ, and we make no warranties.

1. What GloomSites.com Is

GloomSites.com is a free, community-driven tool that helps F3 region leaders generate their own websites. The service consists of:

• A web-based form ("the builder") that takes your input about an F3 region and produces a downloadable bundle of HTML files.
• This marketing website at gloomsites.com.
• Curated content such as our recommended books page.

GloomSites.com is operated as a personal project by an F3 PAX. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of F3 Nation, Inc. Any references to "F3" or "F3 Nation" on this site refer to the broader F3 community and are made for descriptive purposes only.

2. No Warranties — Service Provided "As Is"

The GloomSites.com service, including the builder tool, the website files it generates, and any content on this website, is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content, including the generated region sites.
• Any warranty that the generated sites or template legal pages are legally sufficient for any specific jurisdiction or use case.

You acknowledge that you use GloomSites.com — including any sites generated by it — entirely at your own risk.

3. Your Responsibilities

When you use the GloomSites.com builder, you are solely responsible for:

• The content you input into the builder, including region names, AO information, addresses, schedules, social media links, and any other information.
• Hosting and operating the generated website. GloomSites.com does not host the sites it generates.
• Legal compliance of your region site, including but not limited to: data protection laws (GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, etc.), advertising disclosures, accessibility standards, intellectual property rights, and any other laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Reviewing and customizing the template legal pages (disclaimer, privacy policy) included with generated sites to accurately reflect your actual practices and to comply with the laws of your region.
• The accuracy of information displayed on your generated site, including workout times, locations, and contact details.
• Any waivers, releases, or other legal protections required for your in-person F3 activities. The generated disclaimer page is a community-style notice and is not a substitute for proper liability waivers.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GloomSites.com, its operator(s), contributors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the GloomSites.com builder or any content generated by it.
• Any website you create, host, operate, or distribute using files generated by the builder.
• Any content, information, or data you submit to the builder or display on your generated site.
• Your violation of these Terms or any law or regulation.
• Any injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring at any F3 workout, event, or activity, whether or not such workout or event is referenced on a site generated by the builder.
• Any claim that your generated site infringes the rights of, or has caused damage to, any third party.
• Any failure of your generated site to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GloomSites.com, its operator(s), contributors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• The use or inability to use the GloomSites.com service.
• The performance, conduct, or content of any website generated by the builder.
• Any injury, illness, or harm suffered by participants of F3 workouts referenced on generated sites.
• Any third-party content, links, or services accessed through GloomSites.com or generated sites.

If, despite the limitations above, GloomSites.com is found to be liable to you for any damages, the total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero dollars), or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

6. No Affiliation with F3 Nation

GloomSites.com is an independent, community-built project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with F3 Nation, Inc. in any official capacity. Any use of the "F3" name on this site is for descriptive purposes only, referring to the broader community of F3 regions and PAX worldwide.

7. F3 Workouts — Inherent Risk

F3 workouts are free, peer-led, outdoor fitness activities that are rigorous by nature and involve inherent risk of injury, illness, or death. Nothing on GloomSites.com — including any site generated by the builder — should be construed as medical advice, professional fitness instruction, or a substitute for proper waivers and risk management at in-person events.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the GloomSites.com service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
• Modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page.
• Remove or refuse to generate any content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Sites already generated and downloaded before any termination or modification will continue to function on your own hosting — but we make no commitment to ongoing support, updates, or compatibility.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

GloomSites.com and the sites it generates link to third-party services including but not limited to F3 Nation, Amazon, YouTube, Google Maps, Netlify, and email service providers. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or performance. Use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and GloomSites.com regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
